Complaints and Disputes

Dispute Policy:

RoboFund.net is owned and operated by Amundi Management Ltd. with company registration number: 2024-00290. Our registered address is 10 Manoel Street, Castries, Saint Lucia. In the event of a legal dispute, the parties shall make every effort to reach a settlement regarding any claims arising from or related to this agreement. If no agreement on the terms of settlement can be reached, either party may submit the dispute to confidential arbitration before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the ICC ADR Rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
The arbitration will be conducted in English either in St. Lucia or at another mutually agreed location. It is important to note that this clause specifically provides for the exclusive jurisdiction over the aforementioned arbitration, and no party is authorized to bring claims before the courts in their place of residence that would contradict this arbitration.

Complaints Policy:

When you complete your registration with RoboFund, you will be required to provide certain identification details. It is important to understand that you are solely responsible for protecting your login credentials and password for your RoboFund account. Consequently, you are fully responsible for any damages resulting from the improper or unlawful use of your account due to actions or omissions on your part. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself during registration and to refrain from impersonating any other natural or legal person or concealing your identity from RoboFund.

If you register as a legal entity, you warrant that you have the necessary authority to legally bind that entity to this contract. RoboFund handles the information provided during registration with the utmost care and in accordance with our information disclosure and privacy policies.

At RoboFund, we prioritize maintaining effective and transparent mechanisms for the prompt handling of complaints, whether from existing or potential retail customers. We keep a comprehensive record of all complaints received and the corresponding actions taken to resolve them. This procedural framework ensures a fair and consistent handling of customer complaints while also aiming to meet the highest standards in customer service.
